Your data is securely held to enable us to process your order and fulfil your requirements. After that we may retain your purchase information to assist us with reporting and stock levels. The time that we retain your information will be based on the GDPR and ICO guidelines.

Your data is securely held in our systems and your payment information is encrypted by our supplier. We do not have access to any of your payment information and it is only processed via our payment merchant (including any refunds)

Attending an iAM event
We may use separate suppliers to allow us to stage our events and this will include ticketing agents and / or social media.
The terms will be described to you upon your request to attend.
Please note that photography and filming may take place at events for media purposes, so please inform us if you do not wish to be a part of any media activity.
