Did you know that boxing can help improve your mental health? Not only is it fun and a great way to get active, Boxing can help to:
- Reduce stress
- Improve anxiety
- Increase focus
- Release pent up anger
- Improve sense of calm and wellbeing
Come join us on October 12th and get fighting fit at the iAM Project Pop Up with Coach, Educator, Athlete and Speaker Cj Swaby who has over 20 years experience.
Cj will show you the fundamentals of boxing, how to apply your existing skills in a fun and dynamic way, and little known tips for improving your mental wellbeing through training.
After working up a sweat, and getting your Rocky Balboa on, we will head down to the Diamond Bistro, Steaks and Cakes to refuel with some complimentary light food and a bit of a chin wag where you can meet the iAM team and new people.
When: Saturday 12th October
Where: B Strong Shed (Moyarget Road, Ballycastle) 12 – 1pm
Diamond Bistro, Steaks and Cakes (Ballycastle) 1pm – onwards
Who can come?: Open to all levels of fitness, all genders.
Children aged 16+ are welcome and will need signed permission from a suitable guardian
