Dave is a man who has been there and done it in the world of strength. As 4 times Ireland’s Strongest Man he has a host of titles and accolades, but he has also had to overcome a lot of personal adversity as well.

This project will be about building strength in all aspects.

Not just physically, but helping you with the self belief that you are far more capable than you think.

Dave will be sharing a lot about his life, his mindset and experiences, and we are delighted that he is part of the iAM Circle and we are already looking forward to the event.
