This event will be focused on:
How exercise and goals can be used to re-adjust the mindset
There will be a short welcome talk, followed by a light physical introduction to exercise. There will then be a session to meet other participants informally over a coffee after.
This initiative is FREE to attend and is funded by the iAM project so that everyone involved can start or continue a well-being journey.
