Amare Yoga by Victoria – iAM Grateful
Victoria Kennedy from Amare Yoga by Victoria returns to lead our first project of 2021!
2020 wasn’t the easiest of years, plenty of upheaval, anxiety, and stress. However, we sometimes have to reset and remember that we have a lot to be grateful for. Also we can garner an appreciation that each person’s issues are relative to them and regardless of how small they seem to others, they could be fighting a big battle within themselves.
So we’re re-starting the right way, in the comfort of our own home with a Zoom Yoga session.
There will be light Yoga movement involved in the session so please make sure you have plenty of space, dress suitably for movement and have water nearby.
The session will end with meditation and reflection as we refocus and re-engage with a new day on us before we head into the rest of the year.
There is no cost to this event as it is funded by The iAM Project to get everyone more focused on well-being.
A bit about Victoria.
Qualified in Hatha Yoga, Victoria brings to The iAM Project her capabilities as a former GB&NI athlete, along with a passion for well-being and relaxation.
She will use centering, physical asanas and the most important yoga nidra to relax everyone before they prepare for Christmas and the New Year.
