What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery costs are £3.55 based on items being sent to one address. As well as helping people, we want to help our planet so our garments are shipped in minimal plastic packaging.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept most forms of UK based credit and debit cards. The only thing we don’t accept in card form is American Express.

How long will delivery take?

Our garments are bespoke to your wishes and therefore creation takes a little bit longer than something “off the shelf”. Your items are individual to you and we’ll take care to make them that way, so delivery can take up to 21 days. It will be worth it though!

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use the industry standard payment processing and encryption. We don’t have access to any of your payment details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive your order, it goes into bespoke fulfilment to create the garment according to your specification. You might not hear from us as we’ll be beavering away in the studio, but you can always contact us if you have any special requests or require information.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a payment confirmation email documenting your purchase which will show you all purchase information. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

How do I return an item?

Items are created on an individual basis to your design, so unfortunately we can only offer returns based on an item being faulty. If you have any issues though we will do our best to help and you can contact us via the email form.
